Where are you based?
We are happily located in Mulazzo, Italy.
Do you ship to my country?
Probably! We currently ship most items throughout the EU, to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and more. We are gradually adding more countries, and, even if you don't see yours on our list, we may be able to ship to you. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to find a shipping solution for you.
How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
Orders for our in-stock leather goods usually arrive in under 10 days after shipment to most countries (and often much quicker!). For other products, international delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days after shipment. You can find all the details in the individual product pages and in our shipping policy here
My order has been dispatched, how can I track it?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification with the tracking number(s) and tracking link(s).
What if I need to return something?
No worries! Contact us right away and we'll guide you through the process. We stand by our products! That's why we offer returns for 30 days after you receive your purchase. What's more, all our Tuscany Leather items come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, so you can purchase with complete peace of mind. You can find our complete return and refund policy here.
Are your Tuscany Leather bags made with genuine leather?
Yes! All our Tuscany Leather products are made with real, top-quality Italian leather. They are handcrafted in Tuscany, Italy in small quantities and sent directy to you.
Can you customize my bag?
Most of our Tuscany Leather products can be custom engraved for a small fee. Please contact us for more details. We're here to help!
How do we contact you with press inquiries?

How do I unsubscribe from your marketing emails?
We are very sad to see you go, but if you would like to unsubscribe, simply click the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the last email you received from us. You can also contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request that we remove you from our email marketing list.
Finally if one day, you want to come back to see our newsletters, go to our website and enter your email address in the "Get Connected" section at the bottom of our homepage. You will then be re-subscribed.
